    While I'll stick with what's been said and go with the woman being a Monk (possibly-most-likely Yda), her outfit does remind me a bit of Penelo's Dancer outfit fromn FFXII: Revenant Wings.

    It also looks like Ursula from FF4:TAY, who is a Monk.
