    Yeah, I'm really not sure why people instantly jumped to the Dancer conclusion... It's painfully clear that she was practicing martial arts, not dancing.

    Just speculating here but:

    I think the girl in red is Yda (a monk), and her garb is just fancier because she's actually secretly ala mhigan royalty/nobility and she has just been in hiding due to garlean occupation.

    If I had to guess, I'd say the story of 4.0 will involve liberating ala mhigo from garlean occupation and reinstating Yda or someone in her family as the rightful rulers of ala mhigo.

    What's interesting, is that she is fighting the derplander, who is used to represent the warrior of light in CG trailers. Does this mean that Yda may actually end up being our enemy at some point during the main story ? In 3.4 story she seems to be tempted by the ideals of the griffin. If she did join the ala mhigan resistance, I could see her potentially ending up opposing the warrior of light.

    I would be surprised if anyone believed this next series was going to star our nameless doppelganger in cs to be anything but a monk. We fit w.e role of the area we're in, hence we were dragoons last time.

    Pretty obvious that is Yda because she has blue eyes and has the same hair colour as Yda.
