Lol who stops playing a game because they d/c'd and didn't get credit for completing a dungeon objective?
What is the world coming to. Not everything that occurs in your life is an issue someone else needs to fix for you. Sometimes poo happens and you just suck it up and do it again. Pretty much nothing that is required for the MSQ requires any sort of great effort so go ahead and complete your dungeon or story mission again and complete the mission.
As others have said it's not SE's job to ensure you have an adequate internet connection that can maintain a stable connection to a host lobby.
P.s. I've also had a ticket responded to in past 72 hours so this question of "Where is all the GMs at?" doesn't seem to be an issue everyone is experiencing.
*Sad Harmonica*

Well i mean yes loss of items is an issue, but the issue has also never been resolved about players not being able to download patches which is a issue of well over 2 months.
I was unable to play for a month because of it and finally just got lucky and it patched.
My point being there is far bigger issues they have not yet addressed, lol
Perhaps your ticket was flagged by the impressive spam filter.
I can understand slow responses from a free to play game, but we're all paying monthly. What's the deal?
When ever I have put in a GM ticket I have always gotten a response with in couple hours.
Stop bothering the GMs about petty issues. They have more important requests to take.
It's a video game. Anything and everything related to it is petty in the grand scheme of things. Nothing about this is "important". Nevertheless, they still collect my 20+ dollars a month so I don't see why I'm not receiving assistance with my issue.
From what it sounds like you have no issue that can't be solved yourself just rerun the dungeon and boom done and complete. If still have problem with it after that is when to contact a GM about it.
Third post in thread. Items cannot be reobtained in game at current time.
