Multiple tickets in over several weeks, no response. Nothing. Even tried sending an email through Mogstation, got a response "not our department"(great customer service btw). When will they be back so I can put in a fresh ticket?

What is it regarding?
Loss of item that can't be reobtained in a nutshell. If I could I would just go get another one.
Use in-game GM contact, don't use SE email support, they have almost the entirety of their manpower in game, so emails are very slow.
yeah thats been tried quite a bit
Strange, but GM support is 24/7 in all regions. Support Desk > Contact Us > Pick your option and give a detailed report of what you need and you should get a GM to assist you. Like I said, strange that they wouldn't send you back anything considering that I spoke with one last night concerning another matter. Check your messages as well in the Support Desk. They can send messages to you that way as well without any formal interaction. Hopefully you haven't had to recover any item in the past since they usually work on a 1 token, 1 recovered item only system.
I sent a ticket in regards to billing and they responded in a day. Mog Station would be billing, have you sent a ticket through to them? Billing is important to get right.
Yeah myself and another person I play with are not going to play the game no more in due to the lack of in game GM support. It is kind of sad too in due to us only starting in on the game for less than a month now and we spent money on buying Reborn for the both of us.
We both are getting sick and tired of the constant 90002 errors from the server booting us randomly. We have had a few times now where I get credit for certain things done in dungeons as well as certain quests while the other person I play with gets no credit at all.
We have tried to put in a few tickets about this already IN GAME with a generalized message response stating that we have to come to these forums to post about it. WE posted all information pertaining to the dungeon we were at the boss fight everything and we get a generalized reply stating to come here.
We were hoping to start playing to receive good in game support when we need it.
Have you ever worked in a company? Every employee has different 'specialisation' in different fields. They likely asked you to post in the forum about it because it is not in their field of expertise, and/or job scope to help you with the problem you were experiencing and you might have gotten better help if you sought help from the right place/people. According to you, they pointed you to just that, the right place/people who might be able to help you better.Yeah myself and another person I play with are not going to play the game no more in due to the lack of in game GM support.
