Cleared Sopex with my staic but farmed SopEx 20time Useing raid finder. It works well. Wish more ppl used it!

Cleared Sophia Ex about 14-16 times using raid finder and I gotta say it's a mixed bag.
Sometimes you get competent players, sometimes you get the most pathetic trash you've ever seen. People that qualify for the /facepalm emote.

So... it's the same as Duty Finder, I guess.

It not the same as DF by a long shot.. Being a bull to pick cleared over not cleared is a big diff.. And help a lot.

I have cleared Sophia about 20 times using raid finder, most are one shots. It works out pretty well when selecting duty complete already. I really haven't had very long waits most of the time either.

Got to agree - Raid Finder actually pretty good on Chaos. I was able to learn Sophia Ex and clear it a few times (mostly farmed it on Party Finder). I also learnt and cleared A9S on it as well and not once did I have an abusive group.

While I'm not saying its a replacement for statics ... I'm actually liking raid finder but do wish people was a bit more honest with selecting which progression level they are up too.

My first clear for Sophia Ex was Raid Finder. We finished it on the first try. My next run after that was also successful.

I would like to encourage people to use raid finder. It works as long as people are willing to Q up.

If you haven't clear the new raid and Party finder is not willing to help you, give Raid finder a go.

If you have cleared the new raid and you need your page run or 2 chests run join raid finder.

Same applies to other primals.

It's a nice system, I just wish people would stop using the stupid 1-2-3-4 numbering for Sophia. Any group I have been in it has caused nothing but issues. And for some reason people are too stupid to remember to go to the person with the same mark as them.

Only wipes I had were with people using 1-2-3-4.

Being able to select cleared only is pretty great. Eliminates the chance that someone can sneak in with no clear and ruin the "farm" group.

Did around 30 wins of Sophia EX in RF. Some of the groups were awful but most were decent. It takes a lot to wipe in that fight if people actually know what they are doing.

I farm sophia and cleared A9S and A10S by Raid Finder. It's pretty neat!

I disagree, all my raid finder soph ex have be one shots and all use 1-4 marks, with the same marker strat there's too much on screen imo, it's not hard for a dps to remember the number they have to run too, it also means if someone isn't quite as good at judging the tilts I can take responsibility and mark myself a different mark for people to follow on the tilts. But all that's just my experience and what I find works well, I don't think either system is at fault, I just think you've been unlucky a been grouped with one or two carries.

It baffles me why some people seem to despise this method...like...what is so hard about remembering a number, and going to that number? The marked people usually don't move anyway so it's not like they need to remember who they're partnered with. If people are "too stupid to remember to go to the person with the same mark as them", is it not equally as stupid that people can't remember a single number?

The matching marks thing is viable too of course, but a lot of people, myself included, hate the huge clutter it makes on screen. I seriously don't understand how people seem to utterly hate seeing 1-4 suggested and say "ugh can we do pairs this is so confusing!". DPS pick a number...and go to it? I'm with #2.....so I stand with #2 for the pairs....? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I just genuinely can't wrap my head around why that's confusing to anyone. If anything the other method is more confusing because you have more 1's and 2's on the screen, not that I can't deal with it.
