    I have like 3 recruits in waiting. Is there a way to see all of them without dismissing one or am I forced to do so to see the rest?

    You have to accept or deny the first before you can see any others.

    It doesn't even roll to see which recruits it is waiting until you actually dismiss and see the next one. It can even be the same recruit you just dismissed, or one that was in your squad and you removed to accept the current one.
