What happend to Queen's hairstyle?

I wasted much of my weekend trying to get the hairstyle to drop in POTD, no dice. It's ridiculous that it's completely left to RNG. I mean, come on, throw us a bone, if it's RNG, then at least make it 100% drop after a certain number of tries if you aren't lucky enough to get it by then. The fact that this can't be put up on the MB and we have no clue as to whether we'll successfully get it is infuriating. I hope whoever decided to do this and lock a hairstyle behind an RNG wall steps on a bunch of legos.

It's a one use item that will only keep dropping, I give it 2 weeks before it's sub 1m gil. Servers went up only a short while ago and someone already undercut the 10m to 9m.
