FCs should stay in the housing area. Yes, SE was short-sighted when it came to housing. They should open a few more wards that are FC only so more can have a home.

I'd like SE to reconsider sharing of apartments also. I had hoped that when the patch notes first came out, I'd see it being allowed with at least one person but, nope. When it come to Balmung, getting a house is all luck (or paying someone 40mil just for a small house.... ) It annoying to go into the options just to allow access to one person and then close it again. I've been doing this since the dawn of FC rooms. I can understand with FC rooms no sharing, but apartments, nah, one person should at least be allowed to share with you.

Apartments can have a airship station when SE allows me to have airships in my personal house that I paid 37 million for. Otherwise they can remain fc only.

Your post, forgive me, seemed like an automated response to what was already stated by S-E. As for my "high horse" I bought that "high horse" from the Mogstation cash shop when it came out. I'm very much entitled to ride on top of it with all my glamour, thanks.

And yes, lets agree we need a ton more wards.

While I'm not against the idea of personal airships, I don't think they should be limited to FC only at all. Personal houses should also be allowed to their own workshop. But I'm also for a community airship hub for FC's that otherwise can't get houses and only instanced to said FC members.

IIRC, when you're in an FC with a stable, when a player cleans the stable or trains a chocobo it's listed in the activity log of the FC.

Apartments don't have that.


I've been feeding the other tennants chocobo's and I don't think anyone even knows.
Just tonight I had to send a tell to one of them to suggest they take their chocobo out to level.

Since, training them won't actually level them up, it'll only provide them exp until they reach the exp till next level.

That's actually a great idea! I thought our FC mates were doing it but it turns out theirs have been getting fed too. I would like to thank whoever in our apartment building has been feeding our bo's. Somehow actually repay their generosity!
