    I don't mean it being easier was why it has broken design. It was the tuning of the raids/gear scale/phase skipping that are in question. I don't think it should be so easy to skip phases with ilvl240 gear. It can be easier if it wants, as long as it mechanics and gear is properly tuned towards it.
