Cool, thanks for the feedback guys. :3 I thought I'd get only negative feedback from this, as ish kinda a strange thing to ask for. I also knew people would be thinking about the oddness of a kid saving the world, but look at past Final Fantasy games, like one commenter said. ( Some notable moments specifically stated in Dissidia are Onion Knight and Terra. XD) Honestly, I think it would be kinda funny in certain situations.
Though yeah, overall, it would be a huge undertaking for Square Enix, changing and customizing text and cutscenes just for age appropriateness. Though I'm sure ish possible, just gotta show them we really want it and that ish worth their time to do it. :3
It certainly would help me get back into the game and get over my depression if they did it...
No kids (i see bad things inc) but older why not

Of the padjal i think A-Ruhn is the youngest at 19, but besides his hair being in his eyes, looks his age if maybe slightly younger, but i think E-Sumi is the oldest Padjal, but the youngest looking, he looks 13-14. I think its hinted at during the extended WHM quest that A-Ruhn is the "better" Padjal of the Senna siblings, but Kan-E is the acting Elder seedseer because not only is she "older" than him, she was more open to helping and helping others. I doubt it will happen during the run of the game but i think they might hint at him becoming the elder at some point.
I like helping people with their Job ideas, it's fun to help them visuallize and create the job they'd like to play most. Plus I make my own too, I'll post them eventually.
I wouldn't mind an age slider a bit, but in my mind my WoL is around 17 - 19 years old. Still a relatively young adventure, but old enough to handle himself in any situation.
Typically I'd be all for sliders, but given the art style of the game, every character minus a few npcs already look really young. Like, how would you use a age slider on a Lala, when 98% of the base model looks young?
Granted sliders are really fun, I recently went back to ESO and the detail is amazing, but I'm under the impression that the game has to be built within a certain graphical style for them to work.

I'd imagine adding in older-looking faces and/or using the height slider would work better than a slider for age.

Well, Dragons Dogma did it with no real problem lol.
That being said I would love age sliders. They have both old and young NPC models in the game already, so I wouldn't think it's something that would be impossible for them.

How about wrinkles sliders?

I'd love to see some options to make my character look more mature.
