I have not done Sophia EX yet but I image the swaps not generally different than in the past.
I do swaps by getting into the time position, starting RoH combo
SwO: FS > SB > ShO > Provoke > RoH and the aggro is mine every time.

The problem is that sometimes depending on dps you can push to skip certain tank busters so it'll take a while to learn (at least based on the few runs I've had yesterday).

You don't need anything else just to swap even in SwO, just SB/RoH is enough. If your cotank is taking back aggro, that's not on you.

I do, and have always agreed with this. This would be a good QoL change more than anything as it can be rather time consuming to build hate from being in SwO, especially when you aren't expecting it (even 2.5 seconds can be harmful if SW and CoS are on cooldown). While I don't see this bandaid fix coming soon, I feel like the OT positions of all 3 tanks (especially DRK and PLD) need reworking and balancing to make them more viable, and if nothing else, fun to play.

Careful what you ask for. WAR can change off gcd... But has a recast, doesn't get mitigation on action, and the stance impacts which skills are available. DRK can drop grit instantly, but also has ability restrictions and a more meaningful resource cost.

If you are to remove oaths from the gcd, SE is likely to add negative(s) elsewhere.
Next thing you know they have recasts, cost TP, and FoF can only be used in a certain oath.
