People had reported lagging ingame and I myself experienced some crashes which didn't happen before . So here's a penny for your thought : would I rather keep crashing /lagging or would I rather play the game as before?

Content? You mean back on the dungeon grind cause if you don't gear up this patch you have to grind old content to get to where everyone else is? There is more to a game then dungeons and fluff.

Tbh kudos that they even add some little story every now and then, than to force you to buy another expansion every year. But that's just my 2 cents on the matter.
Also resubbing every time a new major patch is added, doesn't really make you a player of the game for which clearly why the op is crying about too much maintenance.(yes, jerk time cause it's about time someone called it out).

I was pointing out that BLIZZARD figured out how not to charge players for maintenance and i know Square can blow BLIZZARD away. i hate wow it needs a reboot...... perhaps a realm rebo-wait a min.... jokes aside I'm not ok with being charged for server down time it seems.... old and out dated

Sorry ,but an emergency maintenance it's not a flaw, even the fact that they had 24 hours for all servers maintenance to be sure that there is no issue with the data centers after it went live. Even if we like it or not, that's the case, it's not always the the size of the update .
Trying not to get too carried away with the subject, but i will admit that unfortunately SE doesn't have the best server hardware and it has been pointed out before .
Also beside the 'drama queen' which was posted before, what do you find offensive? That people discuss a subject and provide a point of view from their angle?
@snowtiger : I do agree with the time not being stopped when these things happen, especially if they are not planned.

wow is bad that's the reason most of the newer players are here (like them or not they are here) I however am a Paragon City Refugee i don't like feeling Nickle and Dimed and some of the cash shop rules in this game have kept me from buying pretty much anything because its like Trion Level greed... however the game is only what like 2.5 years old so some of this may be fixed in time it took BLIZZARD what like 10 years to make mounts account wide? say i was just really crazy and used my 8 characters per shard(god help anyone that tries this) and wanted the lightning hair style that is lets see.... 15.00 USD * (11*8) = 1,320 USD For Primal alone... Trion now feels Inadequate... i doubt anyone would ever do this but its possible to make this transaction...

Why is it possible to make this transaction? I don't need to buy the hair because i did the event but this was just to make a point. 15 * (64*8) = 7,680 USD for every possible Character and that's just one Item set! now nobody is ever going to do this and if they do more power to them but if I'm going to drop that kind of money on Square it will be in stocks.... but again why is this even an option? its bad code to say the least or great code for making money off of people with too much.
