Hopefully. It's quite long hunt to get right race, gender and acceptable outfit.

A Question, are we actually able to dismiss them again? I mean completly abandon them so they free they're spot so i can recruit others?
Im going to be very picky about my squadrons (even if it takes forever) so i would like to just kick the first three squadrons you get at the start.

Do I have to get the max amount of squadrons to kick others, or a minimum number of squadrons or can i just endlessly recruit them?xD
Anyone?

If I understand the patch note right, if you have 8 members and a new recruit, you can kick a member to make the recruit a new member

Also the devs should add a mission report like in FF Tactics. I want to know what they did during the misson ^^
