Cap for A8S was 699 frontal, and from what we've heard A12S is around 710-720 as spooky mentioned. Swap the savage necklace for the tomestone one to end up with 750 accu (that's the most straightforward potential BiS obtained by avoiding parry gears). You also don't have str v materias on some of your accessories in the links you posted.

Using the old stat weights from 3.2 I haven't figured a way to use the savage chest piece to get higher total weight since we have to make up for that huge accuracy loss, and from a quick glance it seems like the crafted accessories don't have better weights than the i270 ones unless you overmeld with materia v.
