You know the 2-line prize is 2 battler tier 5 materia or 1 craft/gather tier 5, and the craft tier 5's have spiked in price right now. Even if the 3-line reward is both unlikely for any specific individual to get (even if/when they fix this problem of everyone having the same reward for it), not participating in this is just crazy talk at this point for either the 1 or 2 line rewards.

Thing is though, this stuff is soo fast.

#1. lv 50 dungeon, you're probably doing anyway
#2. lv 60 dungeon, no brainer
#3. lv 15-49 dungeon, do tamtara unsynched, takes like 5 minutes (or just do roulette and level a job and cover this and/or lv 51-59 dungeon)
#4-6 extreme primals. watch pf's, these fights unsynched are a joke
#7-9 coil turns, ditto with ex primals

And your list of things to do isn't that big; everyone pretty much starts new each patch. Average chance of getting 1 line is nearly 50% and that can give you 200 of the new tomes so it's even time saved if you get that, or money made if you do better.

edit: and hey, if you're doing a relic the consolation prize is 500 poetics which is nearly 2 unidentified items.

No, that's the same. 1 line is either 2 mhachi matter or 1 mhachi demimatter, which is a new item for craft/gather tier 5's. Sorry, got em switched up.

On a somewhat related note, does anyone know if the 200 scripts for 2 lines count towards the weekly 450?


I ask because I got 400~ just completing my journal(without even trying) & it is a weird reward for such difficult rng.

Even without infinite reshuffles there are a lot of chances to get 3 lines.

You do realize that those are only 24 configurations among more than 11k possibilities?

What is a chance to get three lines if at 7/9 you do reshuffles till you get 2 lines complete? I got 2 lines this week btw.
