If you always wanted it, the prices are fine. If you never did then you wont care. People on this forum say other People complain, yet when they Get their outfit its the prices problem. The xp bonus on these items is the same as the ring you get from the hall of novice. I don't see that particular one being pay to win. However, the notion of being able to pay to skip the leveling process or a majority of the main scenario quest is seriously pay to win. I agree with your other point though. We weren't ever intended to get these items. It makes pretty good sense that we have to pay a premium for it. Just like we had to pay a premium for the Lightning Strikes items that weren't ever going to be added to the cash shop.
