Egi glamours were promised to be released for 3.4 so once again Smn players have been given a promise that SE breaks and now SE is keeping quiet in the hopes Smns forgot about it, just like they tried to do with the whole more egis thing they kept on talking about all throughout 2.x patches and then didn't deliver in Heavensward.

That is not a promise. A promise would be "It will be implemented starting with 3.4". Nothing is ever fixed in gaming and deadlines change all the time. Probably it didn't work out so it was postponed.
