Sid wears the level 60 DRK Artifact gear, called the "chaos" set. It is bought in Idyllshire with Esoterics.

I believe Fray wears the Adamantite Fending set, but that's off the top of my head I could be wrong.

Yes, Fray wears the Adamantite 180 Set. Though there is also the Chivalric Coat at ilvl160 which is visually identical.


Also bears mentioning that, as Esoterics are being phased out come 3.4, the Chaos set that you want will no longer be able to be bought by that means.
No clue what the new method of acquisition will be. Seals like the old 100 and 170 gear? Token exchange like the vintage 90 gear? Who knows.

Didn't know that, but I bought the set just now anyway, so no worries here... Unless there's an equally nice set for another class, then let the 'noooooo' begin...

Maybe it'll convert to gil? Some people need more money sinks.... :P

Well the gear can be upgraded into a dyable version. As for ther gil thing. I don't think they are gonna do that since 1). RMT,, B) They never did that when Philosophy, Mythology, Soldiery and Law were taken out of circulation and C) I don't think the devs wanted to gate the gear behind gil in the first place (well the armor I mena, certain phases of the Relics needed some deep pockets)

I think it will likely be Seals since the ilevel curve has far exceeded the point where they can be dungeon drops without feeling like a "one step forward, two steps back" downgrade. maybe they will be part of the stuff we cna spand seals on when we reach First Lieutenant status
