You are asking him to quit because YOU don't like the game.
Nevermind the rest of us who enjoy it, but because YOU don't like it, he should step down.

Pretty sure the question is what I WOULD change.
And again, who said i don't like the game or i don't enjoy it? Stop, assuming, things.
Why did you even come into a thread asking people about what they want to change about the game if you clearly want it to stay the same?
Well there is a bit of difference between wanting a feature added or replaced and firing the director cause the game is fundamentall wrong.
Not really, besides everyone has conveniently decided to ignore that i would first, want them to change rather than just make their positions aviable.
And the game isn't fundamentally wrong, at least in my eyes.
He said that Yoshi-P needs to not rest on his laurels of being the "Savior of 1.0" and needs to have some actual passion about HIS game, instead of saying "Oh, if you take a break, maybe the game will seem fresh to you, maybe...".
He's not telling Yoshi-P to quit, he's saying the Devs (including Yoshi-P) need to put some fire underneath their seats or they might as well stop now.
The title is clearly their for hyperbole...
the op never said the limit of what you could change if you would change anything, and even if they did telling yoshi p to step down isn't something SE would ever consider in the first place anyways.
at most if it does bother you, you can report the post as the mods usually remove such posts anyways.
i personally see plenty of passion in his game, the whole thing is based on playing pretty little actually and is aimed more at people with a lot less time than others.

On the one-hand, I respect that they made this game more "Humane", requiring less time invested but on the other-hand what game director tells people to leave the game and comeback later, especially an the director of a P2P MMORPG?
The game director should want to make a world that captivates us and should want to continuously push their game more, not rest on "Well, it work back in 2.0, so it will work in 3.0 and continue through 4.0".
1. Put less focus on raiding for end game. If I want to play a game of raid or die I would play another MMORPG that follows that exact formula. Don't have raids being the be all end all, make something creative, I know your team is able to do that as you have proven that multiple times already.
2. Glamour catalogue to both show and store all glamour items and show where these can be found. It is an easy resource to create but will be of greater help for RPers and others who wants to look good than you could imagine.
3. More things to do with all your FC members. Palace of the Dead is a huge step in this direction, but more is needed.
4. More glamour. The gear in this game is the most beautiful in any MMO. The designs are to die for, but I would love more of this quality. It is one of the games strongest suits and something to capitalize more on.
5. More houses. It i painful to watch the fight over houses... It truly is... I HOPE appartments will solve this, but if it doesn't this must be highest priority in 4.0
Learn, explore, and think for yourself. Make your choices, take actions, and let yourself be free.
why? taco bell will always be taco bell it shouldn't want to become a fancy restaurant (this is the best way to describe how i am currently seeing your view)
what can they add to the game that keeps it the same but is new? now you could argue we don't want it the same we want it different but then you are just asking for a different game with the same name.
