    I want to do frontlines and I've been qing for ages. It's never 5mins it's never 10 it's never 20mins it's usually 30 mins wait. It's terrible

The Feast won't even pop at all.

Feast's only queue issue is role divisions. In that regard, it's similar to almost every other content in the game. Tanks have relatively decent queue times. Average wait during prime time hours is maybe 5-15 minutes, depending on the total number of players and how many matches are in progress and what the average rank of those players are. Healers are damn near instantly queued. Dps, on the other hand, are a dime a dozen. They outnumber tank and healers 10-1, so they have, by far, the greatest wait time, even during prime time.

For Frontlines, sadly, there's not a lot that can be done. GC restrictions shoot the entire game mode in the foot. Adders are unanimously the least popular GC in the mix, so they're the least populated. For that reason, they typically have the fastest queue. Flames come in second place, most of the time. Maelstrom are the most populated (most people prefer their GC outfits and colours), so they have the longest queue out of the 3. You're on the NA servers, so prime time is roughly evenings (8-12 ish), going on eastern time. As Miyuki mentioned, make sure you're queuing in English and NEVER use the roulette. If even one person is queued for dead content (such as Secure or Slaughter), then you run the risk of being caught in a dead queue. That might change if SE ever decides to create lvl 60 versions of Secure and Slaughter and tweak the roulette as a lvl 60 Frontlines Roulette (highly doubtful), but for now it's safer to always direct queue for the game mode you want.

You should also keep in mind that the queue timer for PvP content is wildly inaccurate. In Frontlines, the average wait time is divided across 3 GC's that have totally different wait times, so the actual wait could be much shorter or much longer than what it actually says. In Feast, it's even more complicated because of rank divisions. The game does try (and fails) to balance ranks across teams, so queue times can get a little skewed depending on how many players are playing and what ranks they're at.
