Looks like graphics card issues.
Did you have your system fully discharged before cleaning it? Was your graphics card and Ram removed when you cleaned it?
Sounds like some debris got into your PCIE slot where the graphics card is installed.

Sorry what do you mean by discharged, originally I thought that there was something wrong with my graphics card so I detached it, but it was actually my RAM that was loose.
