Why are some people in PvP Feast (Solo) so rude?

So, selfishly queue into ranked despite not putting in the effort to get better/win?
There's your answer as to why people are rude to you.

Well I am doing my best, people just expect me to play to their level of skill, which I cannot.

Ask SE to make a better ranking system, and match me to players with similar skill then. I want to play so I can get the airship mount. I am not being selfish. I paid subsciption so I believe I have the right to play the content I wish to play. As I said, I am already playing my best.
