I'd be terrified of Calculator. That class was so broken, it was fully meant to be, and I could never make the math logic leaps needed as a kid to use it. *shudders*

Neither could I, It would always be a "How many does this hit?" back out and reconfigure till I find something I like. xD

The only times i asked something to my math teacher was to learn how to use the Calculator in tactics, once i learned, roflstomped through the game like never before, even broken ass Orlendau isn`t as broken as map clean ups by endless free magic.

I don't think there's any information about where 4.0 is even going to be taking us...

But there's only so many currently known places, Doma, Sharlayan, Ala Mhigo and Garlemald... But that last one is very unlikely to be accessed anytime soon...

Might not even be a 3rd job, considering YoshiP also mentioned that doing 3 jobs at the same time took too much time and was very stressful.

I would love to see them taking a chance with 1 of the new jobs though, and make it something completely different form the current tank/dps/healer trinity. Not that I see that happening though.

I remember reading this also. I'm sure we're only going to get two jobs. Three is too much work according to the devs and only adding one unbalanced the DF significantly based on how it went with rog/nin. So because of that I'm certain we're only going to get two.

But I have a BIG feeling that whatever we get in terms of red or blue mages, it won't be anything like the previous FF games and that may both upset and excite some people.

Prediction: Single new mage tank class with Red/Blue stances. Red for dps, blue for tanking. Please look forward to it.
