Actually I think at least the Chinese deserve a compensation for all their censoring.... I don't know how it is with the Korean version, but the chinese deserve some outfits for themselves. I just don't want any more region locked items on the clients that can play together (EU/NA/JP), but for the others, let them have that at least.
That would be me. I dislike the cash shop intensely. I believe all items should be obtainable in game first, then placed in the cash shop for people who want to catch up.

I don't believe that any country should get special items because their government decides to censor them heavily.
It is up to the chinese people to adress censorship issues with their government. Not a games company.

You know what is great about the Korean/Chinese items? You don't see these on EU/US servers! Unlike items from the certain really successful promotion...
Exclusive items which are locked to certain regions aren't as bad as items that players can freely bring to other regions where the folks can't get said items.
The main reason why the Party Finder is not working for the harder content and so many groups disband after few wipes is caused by the players who ignore the comments.
Getting to the phase XYZ once does not mean you are ready to join parties to do XYZ.
Parties should spend most of the time doing the phase that is written in the comment not trying to get there.

Cash shop pretty much would go extinct since everyone would already have the item from the game. Furthermore, cash shop items are mostly optional meaning you don't have to get it in order to advance in the game; it's all for glamour or 'to collect' (minions and mounts) purposes. Overall, you have all time in the world to get those items, there's no rush at all.
