About the EU campaign for maid outfit and fat chocobo

Well this new UK promo still is not nice since its missing the clothes and the mount (or maybe I am blind)...

Its already discussed in another thread but china gets another exclusive item...and two of the pictures have the butler outfit too..

So does that mean that the chinese players not only get exclusive items that are just made for them (we only own the minions) but are also getting the maid and butler outfits?

Yes keep in mind China has had things stripped from the game that we all get due to their government regulations so they get special exclusive items to make up for that.

What an awful promotion, give EU players a simpler option to get the items or just put them in the mogstation.

Show them an image of their campaign page. See if you can speak with a manager. Ask them if they can check if corporate has sent anything out etc. The page on the lodestone says Denmark and that's so far the only campaign available in Denmark.

Yea, realized I could've done that but honestly not sure I cared enough at the moment, or now, to go back. Mostly just writing here because I'm so baffled at how convoluted this even has been.. I mean they advertised it as "buy a thing from x chain" not "there's a code somewhere, go find it, gl with the hunt".

It's not really a real promotion. The highly sought items - the mount and glamour gear - aren't even part of the latest promotion.

Which, honestly, is just an additional kick in the teeth since I'd quite happily invest in it if it offered those items.

Just want to point out the final magazine just asks for a photo of the codes themselves, it makes no mention or requirement of you being in it. Also I think a Red on the forums a few months back said your face didn't have to be present anyway.

I had to go back and check, and it doesn't have the two main glamours and the mount which does seem to make it rather pointless....

I'm an O2 customer so went and tried it.. Completely free. So makes sense that it's the stuff nobody wants. :/
