Returning Player seeking suggestions for DPS job

I play dragoon on controller and it just takes practice. Make use of the cross hotbar or get familiar with the controller shortcuts to switch quickly from one hotbar to the next and back again. I'm so used to going between all three of my hotbars it's built into my muscle memory now.

Thank you! I'll take any advice. Do you have a screenshot of your hotbar setup? I'm rocking Full Thrust Combo with Jumps on Bar 1, Chaos Thrust Combo on another bar with Jumps then a Cross Hotbar with Fang & Claw, Wheeling plus my buffs

Double cross hotbars are coming soon too so that could help as well. I play on ps3 and main a nin because it's easy to get all useful abilities on the cross hotbar. Will probably try drg again when double cross hotbar comes out though.

@Bigsby I did see some pictures about the double crossbar, Me thinks having all skills more visible could greatly help manage cooldowns.
