    Um doesn't wind stoke fires in every other place other than Eorzea?

    Also it is most likely that you are just not tall enough to cast important spells.

    Yep lol. Apparently SE wanted to make FFXIV as different as possible when compared to FFXI that they even changed the elemental wheel lol.

    Anyone with half a brain could tell you that winds only spread forest fires and that water is used to put them out

    Alas, the same does not hold true in Hydaelyn.

    Wind does indeed smother fire if it is used in appropriate amounts. The one I find ridiculous is water beating earth because it... wait for it... turns it into mud.

    Actually water beating earth makes sense, as water does weather and shape the earth. That one I agree with.
