Apartments coming September 27th.

I may share a house with my sister, but it is in the Goblet; which is not the ideal place. We really wanted one in Lavender Beds or Mist, mainly LB because we hardly go there; FC is in Mist. So here's to hoping, I can get one in Lavender Beds! I also just want to check it out.

I hope they aren't just FC rooms. It would be great if they were a bit bigger than that. It would also be nice if the item limit is more than 50. Even if it was just 60.

With them being so cheap I hope I'm able to get one before they are all bought out. I've been waiting for the apartments for awhile since all of the houses on my server are taken.

So I had two quick questions about the upcoming apartments and housing situation in general and was hoping someone could shed some light.

I've gathered that no one knows yet what the interior will look like (not even square-footage or item limit) but has SE said anything about releasing that info prior to the actual patch?
I would like to start brainstorming decor ideas and stockpiling furniture, but it would help to know what we'll have to work with.

Also, about housing reclamation (if it doesn't get pushed back again,) will the 40 day countdown timer re-start with 3.4, meaning there will be houses up for sale in November, or will houses that have already been vacant for 40+ days be up for sale immediately?

Can't answer the first part but the reclamation timer is "paused" meaning that if the house was at 35 days, 10 days after 3.4 drops it would be reclaimed. It doesn't reset unless the owner has set foot in the house while the timer was paused.

I don't know for sure either, but I feel fairly confident that it'll actually reset/start at 0 when 3.4 comes out. Because otherwise there's no warnings being given (either in game or via email).

My guess is it'll be like FC rooms or the inn. They've already said cottages will be bigger. What I do wonder is if they'll make it so people who have houses already can't purchase an apartment. Sure, many have alts, but without some block, those apartments will be resold almost instantly on high pop servers.

All i want is for them to be bigger than an fc room with big windows like the ones at the inns and to allow sharing permissions!!!! .....Yes, at least with another player bc how awesome would it be to share it with your EB (or a bestie), i know this would be more focused on rp but would be nice! n.n'
