Anyway back on point, there is no need for another egi.

Ifrit is your basic pet, you can keep him on sic and he does very good damage output on his own while you learn your rotations.

Garuda is the advanced pet, you need to keep her on obey for contagion and this is the pet you use in endgame content.

Titan is your solo pet.

What would other pets bring to the table that you don't already have?
We would be better served with Ifrit and Garuda both being more situationally useful. As it stands at the moment Garuda is used for 99% of content purely because of Contagion. Contagion needs to be made into a base SMN job skill and Ifrit and Ruda need to be balanced around one being AoE focused and the other being single target focused. This would have SMNs much more likely to actively switch between the pets. I do agree though that there is very little they could do with any further pets without them just feeling like new flavours of the existing ones, which is precisely what the egi-glamours are.
