MogStation Deleted House deed (gil and items) paid service restoration

3. As far as I know, all furniture (that isn't destroyed upon removal) as well as most of the Gil you paid for the plot go to a housing NPC where you can pick them up from once you return to the game.
Ofc it is possible that there is a time limit on that as well that I am not aware of, but have you checked with the NPC yet?

Apparently two threads isnt enough... I contacted an In-Game GM and exchanged 3 emails each a Lodestation ticket, and both confirmed DELETED. This is what I wanted to achieve with the other post (awareness, too many people seem to be laboring under the delusion that things don't get deleted, when GM, Service Ticket, and 3.1 patch notes say otherwise. Packing up/Rolling up and making available the lot? ABSOLUTELY. Should have been in there day one, but deleting instead of hanging onto a players items? No. Player inventories stay, FC bank stays, retainers stay, and im willing to bet my 3rd and 4th retainers inventories are still there too if i resubbed, but oddly, house inventory was singled out to be deleted wholly).

I did talk to that vendor, but as stated before (and in 3.1 patch notes) your items are 'packed up' after 45 days, a month later are 'irredeemable' or in other words Deleted. (its the resident caretaker whom you'd, in theory, talk to)

This is the suggestions thread, hence i suggest a mog station paid house recover (just the 80% gil and the items not destroyed on remove would be sufficent) in lieu of just deleting player assets =(
