Maybe I'm the only one out there with this problem, but even after so much time has passed since Heavensward release, I'm still having issues with how "unintuitive" the camera control feels to me when using flying mounts.
Basically the direction you're facing is used for the direction the mounts goes if you press forward on the right stick, which makes you unable to look around while flying on a mount
There are a few tricks involving simultaneous press of the Y or B button while rotating camera but they're very unprecise and uncomfortable.

I'm not claiming that everyone should feel the way I do, but maybe as a QoL improvement SE could add a second, alternative, camera control mode for flying mounts, more similar to the majority of games out there, allowing us to fully enjoy rotating camera while flying on a certain direction. That way everyone would be happy: the people who are fine with the current system, and the people like me who would warmly welcome an alternative system.
