So don't be a * and get kick out of the FC, or better yet... Don't buy a room in a FC if your just going to fight with them O.o and get kicked out.

Not every FC is bad, take your time and find a FC that fit you as a player befor buying one. I don't get what so hard about that?!?!

That's a horrible assumption. There have been threads on these forums and elsewhere of leadership changing to someone else and that someone sells off the house and/or starts kicking everyone out. You can be perfectly nice and social and still run into the issue. The FC rooms are a risk for anyone that isn't the current FC leader.

I for one plan on holding a recruitment drive for my FC on Diabolos since our RC house has plenty of private rooms for people who can't get their apartments. We've been meaning to expand anyway and that's gonna be a pretty good selling point lol

Everyone in a FC is only human which means drama can start over the smallest things..I had my share of people that were quite nice at the beginning but turned out to be jerks...

Pretty much this. I've been kicked from a FC simply because of a disagreement during a trial. People don't know how to be civil with those they disagree with, and they can become quite nasty.

Not getting into the debate of FC room vs apartement.

Just wanted to ask: can you have a house AND an apartement on one character, like you can have a house and a FC room?
I really like the social aspect of the apartements, the lobby and all that gives off a student dorm vibe
But I won't give up my house before Ishgard housing finally comes around ._.

...I think one of the purpose for the apartments is so people who don't have a home can instead try to get one of those. Of course SE think's greed isn't real and they are thinking people who own homes ( not directing this at you) will just not get a apartment in respect for the one's who missed out. ( Like myself) of trying to get a house. This isn't fixing the real issue at all.

Like you just stated, this is why i'm worried i won't be able to get an apartment all the wards on Odin are fully filled up. A lot of the people that own house there names are in red. I really hope i can get an apartment.
