I doubt it will be dyeable, the Moogle attire from the last fanfest wasn't dyeable and still isn't... My shot at being a neon pink moogle is gone... ; ;

You can, but you'll need to buy the Fanfest stream twice. You get one region specific minion (Rikku/NA, Lulu/JP, Yuna/EU) and one of the outfits.

You technically can if you buy multiple streams. I was tempted to get the EU stream too last time and just give the code to a friend as a gift but didn't go through with it. This is probably a way for SE to try and give players more incentive to buy multiple streams.

Lightning's was from a promotional event. These outfits are largely seen as cosplay, not something unique for us. That's why none of the veteran rewards gear is dyeable nor Scions gear from the mogstation. So yeah, don't count on this being dyeable.

Both the Strife outfit and Tantalus gear is dyable (far as I've seen from people in-game with a dyed Zidane vest, anyway). Still not quite sure why the Wild Rose attire wasn't though :c

How ham-fisted, lol. I didn't pay much attention; was last year's "premium stream purchase reward" anything like this, or could you just buy access to one stream and be a-OK?

AFAIK, last fanfest's was just the Moogle suit so I'm guessing the latter
