Agreed. Plus, SE has provided zero incentive to move to a low pop server. When I ask people why they came here it's always, "X server is dead. There's nobody around."

Isn't that because everybody keeps moving to the high pop servers? Admittedly SE doesn't really do enough to stop it, but, if players actually spread out over more servers, less of them would feel dead, more of them would be satisfied with housing, and literally everyone benefits. High pops get less congested, low pops get a little more life. It's win freakin win.
