He means they'll do what they do with houses.

Buy an apartment and then ask for payment to make them give up the room.

It might not be a small number but its still not enough of some servers like balmung with 20k+ characters wanting houses

Well...it depends! There were...20k characters on Balmung?
1500 is a mere 7,5% of that and the price is easily affordable even for alts and newer players.

On the smaller servers, there are even some houses left open, so I wager for them it's overkill, but...yeah.

This is all I have to say if people try to sell instanced apartments, cause you know it most likely be the same way at FC room.

While not surprising that it doesn't outdoor gardening (aka balcony) for some outdoor furniture, i am still disappointed. I won't bother purchasing one.

It truly does seem more like how FC chamber are, but apartments won't need FC membership, so that's a plus for people who don't wanna be in an FC ... but yeah, 1536 /server isn't enough. I do wonder if they'll be adding appartments more frequently than they add housing wards?

Easy fix..join a FC..Buy a room...DONE! And there only 300k. ... Not 500k -_-
