I have a question about including the Byregot's Brow. It has only 70% success rate, the same as Basic Touch has, and I am nearly sure that I have had Basic and Precise Touches fail with Steady Hand II. Up to writing this I was fully sure but now I am doubting a bit, maybe I don't recall well and it is under Steady Hand. (I was editing this before reading the answer in next post ) : )

So, what would it be worse, having the chance of a Byregot's Blessing with poor condition or having a Byregot's Brow fail? I don't know what chances you have of each case. Having the Byregot's brow fail is a worse case than having a Byregot's Blessing with poor condition.

It seems too better to put the Ingenuity II before the Byregot's Blessing, all Careful Synthesis II will be covered too. Byregot's Blessing will have better effect under Ingenuity II if I am not mistaken. Somebody did that in proposed rotations some posts before this.
