Permanently Raise the Tome Cap

we require more ways to gear up that don't consist of Savage, story raid, or tomes, or the cap need to be doubled, if not tripled, because as it current stands it's just not worth use more than one to two jobs, which I am certain many would like to do.

Crafted gear is quite good and you can use advanced melding on it. So the optimal way to gear up many jobs is to use a mixture of tome, raid and crafted equipment, selecting the pieces you want based on their secondary stats. When you supplement the tomestones with other options you can gear up quite fast. More options are always welcome though, like say Grand Companies offering gear of a relevant item level when new ranks are added
