I spoke to a GM recently in regards to buying a plot from another player, it is against TOS to SELL a plot, not to buy a plot



I don't know prices on your server, but on Ragnarok its typically 15-30mil for small plot, and 50-80mil for medium at the moment.

there is a reddit page where people either sell houses, or asks to buy houses, try it out
