When the player is in the Ferry Docks in Ul'dah, is progressing through the GC quest "Burning Man", and speaks to Urianger without first speaking to Thancred, the following text appears:

"
Urianger: Too oft hath man been
brought low by chains of his
own making. Too oft hath
sorrow quickened anguish,
anguish nurtured anger, and
anger given birth to hatred.
Thence have eyes grown dull,
and hearts been twisted into
things most vile.
"

However, when the player speaks to Thancred and is then directed toward Urianger, the following text appears:

"
Urianger: Yet to what end? Who
were these souls? What hath
warped their hearts that they
should despise thee so? And what
of thee? What hath made thee
take up arms against them?
"

This is incorrect because this second text can appear without the player first speaking to Urianger. This makes this line read terribly awkwardly, as it is unclear what "Yet to what end?" is in response to. Even if the player speaks to Urianger beforehand, the player should have just spoken with Thancred and forgotten what Urianger said.

Please fix this issue by adding a line to the beginning of Urianger's second text string. This would allow the player to skip Urianger's "unnecessary" text that appears if he is spoken to before speaking to Thancred. This will allow Urianger's text to read normally, but still continue his thoughts from the first text string.

The corrected text for Urianger's second text string might read as follows:

"
Urianger: Man's ability to so
quickly descend into such
madness has indeed been
well chronicled. Yet to what
end? Who were these souls?
What hath warped their hearts
that they should despise thee
so? And what of thee? What
hath made thee take up arms
against them?
"
