@JumperX I can see you're point as well as Sagasoluna. But that does not mean that everyone is looking for the same thing. What works for you is fine but some of us are just as happy being friends and still enjoying the game. What it comes down to is honesty, be honest with you're potential partner and all will be well.

I am not saying that those who are looking for something more are wrong at all but there is nothing wrong just keeping it in game. I can be affectionate and enjoy my time with my partner and want nothing more from her. In fact I think it was easier to make friends because we both went knowing where the other stood. Sure we chat via steam outside the game and we talk about all kinds of stuff I have never felt like she has been guarded or closed off about anything. I got lucky I guess since I could not ask for a better partner then the one I found through this thread. We enjoy our time in game and still play as a married couple even though it is all just in game.

I think it all comes back to honesty, being honest with you're partner and yourself on what you want out if this. Nothing wrong with wanting more out of the relationship as long as you are honest and open about it.
