    Hang on, why? Does opening a chest not give aetherpool upgrades/chance for items to the whole team, regardless of where they are? Or because of mimics?

    If you open it when they're on the other side of the map and they don't get a point, you can easily become a scapegoat. I'm pretty sure it does hit the whole party though, but better play it safe.
