Altered = stretched or shrunk. Viera feet would require a complete remodel of every foot gear in the game, as will hand gear (they have long-slender fingers and claw-like nails).
But before SE does that, they should get around to making it so gear no longer clips the Miqo'te and Au Ra tails. This applies to Au Ra horns clipping through helmets and such as well. Also remove ear socks. They're silly.
