Regarding Bans and such.

Though again, you weren't directly involved about this, this really shouldn't be your place to say if the GMs did/n't do something right.

And as far as it being my business, what business is it of yours for me inquiring or asking GMs to be thorough? Are you a GM yourself? No. Also this is what the suggestions/feedback is for.

The gm's do a very good job. I've worked with them on several occasions. They wouldn't have banned your friend without just cause. What you see in FC chat and what they tell you, doesn't necessarily include anything like tells, which is probably what got them banned. They don't just get a complaint and swing the ban hammer. They do a detailed investigation. I've even had to include timestamps in my supporting evidence before. You're friend got banned for a reason.

Remember, you as a player agreed to SE's terms of service which clearly state that harassment will not be tolerated. First occurance results in a warning, second is a 3 day ban, further occurance can mean a permanent ban.

This wasn't tells. It was in a raid. Ppl were in alliance chat verbally bashing/insulting him for his macro so yeah. My FC mate legit got banned for the reports regarding his macro. I was told GMs do not ban based off profanity, they go based off volume of reports. Unless that Gm is/was lazy. I refuse to believe all GMs do their job accordingly after all they are human. Also, I've had good GMs too. Asking for some to be more thorough isn't against ToS or should offend anyone honestly.
