What the OP is trying to say is that there should be more monsters in the game instead of the same ones. even the quest monsters are the same as the regular monsters. Shit if you just make different color palate for em. And I think what he means is that we should make different palate like pink for a female monster if there were to put a female monster in Haukke Manor with the other Flying Eyes. Of the sametime type with lipstick.

I mean, if you think of monsters as just being regular animals, it's not immediately evident as to who is male and who is female..

It would be a neat feature to have though. Kind of like how there are gender differences in Pokemon, though I don't know how that would tie into FFXIV's mechanics.
