Considering most beast tribes we interact with have little to no secondary sexual characteristics, and the creatures you're talking about aren't even from Eorzea, yes, we're not going to see many overtly "female" creatures. The two bird beast tribes we've interacted with, the Ixal and the Vanu Vanu do however have secondary sexual characteristics and tertiary sexual characteristics respectfully. Ixal women have duller feathers, like many birds in real life. Which means most of the brown Ixal we see are likely female Ixal. Meanwhile, Vanu Vanu women are smaller, but also have different animations both in and out of combat and they are randomly generated. As far as we know, Amalj'aa, Kobolds, Gnath/Vath, Moogles, and Sylphs have no obvious secondary characteristics. And the lore of the Sahagin implies that we will likely never see their women and that their women are vastly different from the men, which isn't that odd for fish.

Also, it's worth noting that ignoring the mammals in this game, like marmots, most creatures even in real life, don't have obvious sexual characteristics. For example, the slugs aren't going to have giant balls hanging out... or fungar, or cactuar, or spiderhawks, or drakes, or dragons. Dragons are especially notable, since their lack of secondary sexual characteristics is a major dividing point between them and a player race (Au Ra).

So... yeah, your thread makes no sense. No idea why I even bothered replying beyond my own self-interest in ranting.
