There is more then enough dps as is now, but they will most likely add more....
I believe another tank, possibly 2 will be introduced and also a healer.
When 4.0 first hits they may introduce a new job and in later updates maybe 4.15 or so on they may introduce more.

Also good points made about new crafting/gathering, gathering would especially be nice to have more
