But you are using your entitlement to an opinion as a cudgel to attack other posters on this forum. And you are using it as a shield to basically say you are above reproach on account of being a "customer."

My problem is not that "You disagree with me" but that you seem to think that your opinion is untouchable on the ground of being a customer, just like Chalbee explains.
