    What happened to the Free Company alliance system?

    Finally, in patch 2.2, as we mentioned in a separate post last week, we are planning to implement a free company alliance system, which will let you join your free companies together to see both member lists, share a chat channel, and have other useful features.

    I'd still really likes this because I have a small own FC but would be happy to work together with some other ones to do some content. The best I can do now is join a LS instead.

    This was never really confirmed for a patch, just something they've talked about a long time ago. FC alliances were confirmed for a patch but just never showed up.

    That looks amazing, can you imagine the multitude of FC dramas though when hundreds of people from each FC try hunt one down?

    I imagine this is why they stomped out this idea as the maturity of hunts makes me question humanity itself.

    Not to mention it'd be ten times worse than the early days of fighting Odin and Behemoth where the servers choked and you couldn't even see the targets.
