Spreading buffed DoT's with Bane.

What do you mean by spreading debuffs? If I use Bane on DoT's cast on an enemy with increased or decreased magic defense will that affect their potency on other enemies that have no buffs/debuffs?

Yes it will.

Referencing T12 that was actually a tactic of Baneing off the Black Fires once they received the increased damage debuff. Which was later needed for them to have reduced HP instead.
