I have a feeling the moogle swing will be cash shop since it is a reskin of the bomb palanquin from the kobold beast tribe. I didn't see the brontosaurus in the Diadem traders or on the market, so I have no idea, but I want it. It's so cute! Maybe it will be a reward for this year's summer event though.

ETA maybe it could also have been added in-game now, but planned to be implemented with the supposed Diadem revival.

All the quest information for the upcoming event was data mined just like the pictures of the minions (hence the picture in the OP) so the moogle mount will not be part, it is a 3 part quest first part rewards a music scroll the second quest 3 fireworks and the 3rd quest the 2 minions. The moogle mount (Fat Moogle Bugle) has no obtainment flags which in most cases no flags = cash shop. If it is obtained via in game its quests and the like have not been added yet and it wont be released until 3.4

It's either that or it's another mount from the moogle beast tribe. After all moogle outfit already exists so they can't add it to the shop like they did for the vanu/vath tribe.
We'll probably see it in 3.4.
